State-of-the-Art Voting and Conference System for the House of Representatives

Main System Features:

  • Integrated voting and discussion interface, featuring microphones connected to a 10-inch screen for viewing videos, digital forms, and real-time statistics.
  • Automated cameras that automatically focus on the speaker as soon as they are given the floor.
  • System reliability ensured through a Redundancy Feature, activating a backup system simultaneously to guarantee continuous operation.
  • Support for preparing and modifying future meetings, enabling seamless updates and adjustments.
  • Multilingual translation and transmission capabilities, supporting up to 12 languages via specialized interpreter microphones.
  • Visualization of voting results, presentations, and speaker profiles on in-room screens.


Sound System Enhancement:

  • Installation of 12 high-quality speakers from RENKUS-HEINZ (USA), delivering exceptional sound clarity.
  • Amplification provided by top-tier ASHLY (USA) amplifiers, ensuring optimal audio performance throughout the hall.


Control Room Capabilities:

  • Seven 34-inch screens providing comprehensive control views for system operators, covering multiple angles of the plenary hall.
  • Precision remote controls for managing four cameras independently.
  • One dedicated speaker for transmitting hall audio to the control room.
  • Support for dual-operator operation, allowing simultaneous management.
  • Secure file and meeting minute storage, with detailed session reporting and statistical analysis.
  • Audio recording of sessions and interpreter communications for documentation purposes.


Server Room Infrastructure:

  • A 42U rack housing all critical hardware components of the system.
  • Audio amplifiers dedicated to the plenary, offices, and journalist areas.
  • Video mixer integrating feeds from four cameras.
  • Digital Audio Signal Processors for high-quality sound management.
  • Power supplies designed for microphones and touch screens in both the plenary and interpretation areas.
  • Televic Central Control Units overseeing system operations and adjustments.
  • 10 KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), providing up to 4 hours of backup power to safeguard system integrity during outages.
  • Automated, simplified “On/Off” controls for easy system startup and shutdown.
  • Dedicated computer server operating continuously to host all system data and functions.
  • Redundancy Unit ensuring parallel operation of a secondary system for uninterrupted performance in case of primary system failure.
